John is absolutely great!! My sister lives close to his store and I live 300 miles away....I tried using a dealer close to me, which is an hour away, and that was a disaster!!! Excellent service, very responsive. Kim in the office and John who came out and addressed our problem (central vac system), were courteous, professional and efficient. John was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away.

In October 2018 my wife had a terrible allergic reaction to what was determined to be dust mites. John came to the home at night and personally cleaned all the rugs (big home)with a shampoo mixed with a compound that kills dust mites. John also educated us on how to minimize the dust mite issue in the future. Service above and beyond the call of duty.
